When you go to your place of employment each day are you living your dream or surviving your choice?Truth is, for most people employed at a daily JOB (Just Over Broke), they are, in reality, a present convenience to their employer. A convenience that could change at any time, at any moment, according to the needs of the company.There is no secure JOB. Any employee can be replaced tomorrow.When I started working at my present full-time JOB, I did not intend to stay forever. I told my fellow co-workers that I would only be here until I found a "real JOB". Thirty years later, I was still looking for that JOB.But I have discovered something. I have discovered a secret. A secret that should be shouted from the roof tops and whispered in every ear.It is a secret hidden deep within each one of us. A secret that only we can discover within ourselves.It is the secret to finding Successful Employment.Now then, at this point, if I were a narrator of a television infomercial, I would be offering this secret for four easy payments of megabucks, so have your credit card ready. Operators are standing by.But I can't do that. This secret is so simple, yet so profound and life-changing that I must offer it freely, for it was given freely to me.The secret is this: It is the anxious anticipation of and willingness to accept change in any chosen career or profession over and over and over again until you actually find what you really want, without having to settle for less.Occupations are our stepping stones to retirement. Retirement used to be an attained age. Now it is a level of income. Be willing to consider all potential options as they come your way. Be willing to learn more and improve your personal assets and skills. Plan for your retirement with this knowledge and proper attitude in mind.Do not spend the productive years of your life "taking" everything you can. You will only spend the rest of your life worrying about who will be "taking" it away from you.You can not live a life of peace and paranoia at the same time.Learn to be productive by the multiplication of your efforts. This is a kind of success that not only serves you, but blesses the lives of others with success, too. Find a "system" that teaches you to teach others to be successful, as well. There are many out there to consider. Most of them start on a part-time basis.The concept is simple, but the success of your effort requires consistent work, and lots of it! If it were easy, everyone would be doing it, right? The opportunities that make you work the hardest and the smartest tend to pay you the best monetary compensation and personal satisfaction, in the long term.Don't waste you life wondering "what if?"
